Privacy Policy
What this app stores on your device
In this version of STILL STANDING™, the following information is stored only in your device's local browser storage and is not transmitted to Empowered Harmony Counseling, Psychiatry & Wellness Center® or to any server operated for this app:
- Private reflections written under MY THOUGHTS
- MY SAFETY PLAN entries
- Support-person name and phone number you choose to save
- Saved (favorited) cards
- Shuffle history
- Unlock status for the full deck
Because this information lives on your device, clearing your browser storage, uninstalling the app, or using a different device will remove it. You can delete any entry at any time by clearing the field or removing the saved card.
What is not collected
No account is required to use this version of the app. We do not collect your name, email address, contacts, precise location, or health records through the app. We do not use advertising pixels or behavioral advertising trackers on screens containing private mental-health information, and crisis-button activity is not used for advertising or profiling.
Can Empowered Harmony Counseling see my entries?
No. Because reflections, safety plans, support-person details, and card activity remain on your device in this version, Empowered Harmony Counseling, Psychiatry & Wellness Center® and its clinicians cannot view them. No one is notified when you open the app, use crisis resources, complete a safety plan, save a card, or write a reflection.
Advertising and sale of information
Private reflections and safety-plan content are never used for targeted advertising, advertising profiles, product recommendations, or inference of sensitive characteristics, and they are not sold.
Payments
If and when the full deck is purchased, payment is handled by the applicable app store or payment processor for the distribution channel you purchase through. Full credit-card numbers are never stored inside STILL STANDING™. That processor's own privacy terms govern the payment information you provide to it.
Analytics and service providers
This version of the app does not send the contents of MY THOUGHTS, MY SAFETY PLAN, support-person information, or crisis-related entries to analytics or advertising platforms. Hosting providers necessary to deliver the app may process standard technical request information such as IP address and browser type. If analytics are added later, this policy will be updated to name the categories of providers and the information collected.
Future account synchronization
If optional account synchronization is offered in the future, this Privacy Policy will be updated before that feature is released to describe what is transmitted, why, how long it is retained, how it is protected, and how to delete it.
Retention and deletion
Device-stored entries are retained until you delete them or clear your browser storage. You control deletion directly within the app.
