By using STILL STANDING™ you agree to these Terms of Use and to the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Eligibility
STILL STANDING™ is intended for adults age 18 and older.
Wellness and educational purpose
The app provides general mental-health education, wellness information, self-reflection exercises, coping strategies, communication tools, conversation prompts, and self-care activities.
No therapist-client relationship
Use of the app does not create a therapist-client, physician-patient, or other healthcare-provider relationship with Empowered Harmony Counseling, Psychiatry & Wellness Center®, its clinicians, employees, contractors, affiliates, or representatives. Purchasing the deck does not make you a client.
No medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment
The app does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, psychiatric care, or clinical risk assessment, and does not guarantee any specific outcome.
Emergency limitations
The app is not an emergency or crisis service and is not monitored for emergencies. No one is notified by your activity in the app. In an emergency call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department; in the United States you may also call or text 988.
User responsibility and appropriate use
You are responsible for how you use the content and for seeking qualified professional care when needed. Use the app lawfully and in a way that respects others.
Your private content
Reflections, safety-plan entries, and support-person details you enter are yours and are stored on your device as described in the Privacy Policy. Keep your device secure.
Intellectual property

STILL STANDING™ and the original card content, written materials, graphics, branding, arrangement, and other original content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may share cards only through the app's sharing feature for personal, non-commercial purposes. Purchase does not transfer ownership. You may not reproduce, scrape, republish, resell, redistribute, create competing decks from, commercially exploit, or systematically extract the card collection without authorization. Nothing here restricts uses that cannot lawfully be restricted.
Third-party services
Links and phone numbers to third-party services, including 911, the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline, and emergency departments, are provided for convenience. Those services are independent and are not owned, operated, or controlled by Empowered Harmony Counseling, Psychiatry & Wellness Center®.
Payments and refunds
The complete digital deck is a one-time purchase of $6.99 with no subscription and no hidden recurring charges. Purchases and refunds are subject to the terms, refund policies, and applicable consumer-protection requirements of the platform or payment provider through which your purchase was completed.
Changes to the service and these terms
The app and these terms may be updated. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
Termination
Access may be suspended or terminated for misuse of the app or its content.
